Terms of Service | Roadster Flying Car

These Terms apply from 20 October 2026.

1. Welcome and Acceptance

Thank you for choosing Roadster Flying Car. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set the conditions for accessing and using the tools offered at roadsterflyingcar.com (the "Service"). Using the Service means you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

Roadster Flying Car offers fixed video templates: you pick a template or scene and add photos, and the Service renders a vertical 9:16 MP4 from a shot list we wrote. Roadster Ramp: you upload one photo of your car and receive a clip about 12 seconds long in which the car climbs a ramp, flips and lands. Make My Car Fly: you upload one photo of yourself and one photo of your car and receive a clip about 10 seconds long in which you get into the car before it flies away. Flying car scenes: further scenes, each about 10 seconds long, such as a car flying over a traffic jam or dropping into the last parking space; depending on the scene you upload a portrait, a car photo, both, or portraits of two adults. There is no prompt box. No free tier or free preview is offered; to render a clip you need to be signed in and hold enough credits from a pack or subscription. Completed clips are stored in My Creations.

Roadster Flying Car is an independent service. Tesla, Inc., SpaceX, Elon Musk and their representatives have no affiliation with it and do not endorse or sponsor it, and Tesla and Roadster are trademarks of their owner. Every clip is computer-generated fiction and does not depict a real vehicle or a real flight. Rendering is carried out by external AI model providers, which receive your uploaded photos for that purpose: ByteDance Seedance video models render the clips, OpenAI GPT Image 2 prepares reference frames for Make My Car Fly, and a Google Gemini model checks whether a Roadster Ramp photo shows a vehicle. The models we use are listed in our Privacy Policy. Providers, model names and features can change, and unless we state otherwise we are neither affiliated with nor endorsed by any of them.

Because the video is machine-made, a clip can contain errors, miss parts of the request or look similar to someone else's result. Check every clip yourself before relying on, posting or forwarding it.

3. Who Can Use the Service

• You need to be 18 or older and legally able to accept an agreement like this one. When you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to commit it to these Terms.
• The account and billing information you give us must be correct and kept current.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account.
• If you suspect that another person has accessed your account, contact support@roadsterflyingcar.com right away.

4. Your Photos, Our Platform and Ownership

You keep whatever rights you lawfully hold in the photos you upload and in the clips generated from them. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploads, and how you use the resulting clips, are legal and do not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights. Only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have agreed. Photos of celebrities, public figures or minors are not allowed, and you must not present a generated clip as real footage of a Tesla vehicle, a flight test, a news event or any real person. Where a platform lets you label content as AI-generated, please do so.

So that we can render, store and display your clips, you grant Roadster Flying Car and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, transmit, process and display your photos and clips. We use this license solely to run, protect, troubleshoot and support the Service, and it does not transfer ownership of your lawful content to us.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation and original website content, belongs to Roadster Flying Car or its licensors. Except where the law allows or we have agreed in writing, you must not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially exploit the Service.

5. Credits, Subscriptions, Payment, and Cancellation

• Authorizing payment: When you buy a credit pack or subscription, you authorize the external payment processor named at checkout to charge the listed price, any applicable taxes and any recurring fees disclosed to you.
• Packs and plans: Credit packs are single purchases. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for a new period until you switch renewal off, and the billing interval and price are displayed before you pay.
• Using credits: Each render uses a number of credits based on the settings you select. Credits stay with the account that purchased them and expire according to the schedule on the pricing page or at checkout. Credits for a render that fails or is stopped by a safety filter are returned automatically.
• Cancelling a plan: You can cancel in the subscription management portal or with the cancel option in the pricing or account area. Cancellation ends future renewals and usually applies at the close of the current paid period.
• Card information: The processor named at checkout handles payments. It processes your card details, and we never store them on our servers.
• Refunds: Eligibility and the request process are explained in our Refund Policy. These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

If you believe you were charged in error, write to support@roadsterflyingcar.com before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate.

6. Prohibited Conduct

This section forms our acceptable use policy. It applies to each photo you upload, each clip that is generated and any effort to bypass the Service's safeguards.

You may not upload, request, generate or assist anyone else in creating any of the following:

1. Sexual content: Pornography, nudity or sexually explicit material, sexually suggestive scenarios, sexual services or fetish material. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any sexualized portrayal of minors and any grooming or exploitation of children are strictly prohibited without exception.
2. Violence and gore: Graphic injury, torture, celebration of violence, terrorism or violent extremism, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, or content meant to threaten or enable physical harm.
3. Hate and harassment: Material that attacks, dehumanizes or harasses people, or encourages discrimination or violence against them, because of protected characteristics.
4. Impersonation and deception: Non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive depictions of real people, impersonation, identity fraud, or synthetic clips designed to mislead viewers about where a clip came from or whether it is genuine. This includes animating someone's photo without their permission and uploading photos of celebrities or public figures.
5. Infringement and privacy violations: Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights, reveals confidential information or violates other proprietary or personal rights.
6. Unlawful or harmful acts: Material that is illegal, assists scams or phishing, spreads malware, promotes regulated wrongdoing, takes advantage of vulnerable people, or is meant to deceive or cause harm.

You also must not circumvent safety filters, probe or disrupt the platform's security, access the Service by automated means without permission, collect outputs at scale, resell access without our consent, or use the Service in breach of the law or card-network rules.

7. Moderation, Reports, and Our Response

Each uploaded photo and each generated clip goes through automated screening, which combines keyword blocklists, automated safety classifiers and the moderation systems of each model provider. No automated screening is flawless, so items that are flagged or reported may receive further review.

To report prohibited content, suspected impersonation, a child-safety concern or an infringement, email support@roadsterflyingcar.com with the subject Content Report. Include the URL or account involved, a description of the issue and any screenshots or other evidence. We try to acknowledge reports within three business days, and we handle reports about child safety or a credible threat of physical harm first.

Based on how serious the issue is, the account's history and the applicable law, we may decline a request, block or delete content, restrict features, suspend or close an account, retain records, or report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. Accounts connected to child exploitation, terrorism, credible threats, fraud or non-consensual intimate imagery may be suspended without delay. To challenge an enforcement decision, reply to our notice or contact support with the relevant details.

8. Privacy

How we collect, use, keep and share personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you accept that your uploaded photo and related request data may be passed to hosting, storage, safety and AI video providers when that is necessary to produce the clip you requested.

9. Availability and Modifications

We offer the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, credit prices, limits and availability can change. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service to keep it secure, reliable, compatible with our providers or lawful. We do not guarantee continuous operation or any specific outcome from a particular photo.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy of AI output. Nothing generated by a model should be relied on as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

11. Liability Limits

To the extent the law allows, Roadster Flying Car and its affiliates, service providers and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities related to the Service. Any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded continues to apply.

12. Suspension and Ending Access

You may stop using the Service whenever you choose. We may limit, suspend or end access to an account if we reasonably believe it poses a fraud, abuse, security, legal, payment or policy risk. Requests to close your account or delete personal data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Revisions to the Terms

Changes to the Service, to our providers or to the law may lead us to amend these Terms. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new date at the top, and we will give additional notice of material changes where the law requires. If you keep using the Service once a revision takes effect, you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of the Service is established, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before starting a formal claim, please write to us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
