When Roadster Flying Car refunds credit packs and subscriptions, how to request a refund, how long it takes, what is excluded and how failed renders are credited back.

Roadster Flying Car offers one-time credit packs as well as monthly and yearly subscriptions, all charged through an external payment processor. This page sets out when we return money you paid. It is separate from our credit refunds: whenever a flying car clip fails to render or is stopped by the provider's safety filter, the credits for that attempt return to your balance by themselves, and you do not need to ask. Everything below is about refunds of the payment itself.

When You Qualify for a Refund

We can refund an order when both conditions are true:

  • You contact us no later than 7 days after the purchase: the day you bought a credit pack, or the first charge of a subscription.
  • The paid features have not been meaningfully used since the payment.

This covers one-time credit packs too: a pack bought no more than 7 days ago with none of its credits spent can be refunded in full. Credits returned to you after a failed render count as unspent.

Asking for a Refund

Email support@roadsterflyingcar.com and include:

  • The email address linked to your Roadster Flying Car account
  • Your order or receipt number, if available
  • A short note on why, if you would like to share it

How Long It Takes

Approved refunds go back to the same payment method used for the order. Banks and card issuers usually need 5-10 business days to show the money in your account.

What We Cannot Refund

As a rule, the following are not covered:

  • Accounts that have used a substantial share of what they paid for, such as most of the credits or a large number of generated clips
  • Subscription renewals where the request arrives after the 7-day window
  • One-time credit packs bought more than 7 days ago, or whose credits have been spent, unless a refund is required by law
  • Accounts that violate the Terms of Service or abuse the refund process

Ending a Subscription

Cancel whenever you like to stop the next renewal. Cancelling prevents future charges but does not reverse payments that have already been taken.

Disputes with Your Bank

Please get in touch with support before filing a dispute or chargeback, since we can usually fix billing issues more quickly directly. While a chargeback remains open, we may limit the account during our review.

Any statutory consumer protection that an agreement cannot waive continues to apply to you in full.
